Tailored classes for hatha, prenatal, or postpartum yoga. Whether it is to boost your energy, find ease and relaxation, or recenter, I can design the class to meet your needs. Sessions available for individuals, groups, and the workplace, either in-person or online.

Wellness Workshops

Give yourself or your group a wellness reset. Yoga, meditation and self-care workshops for individuals, groups, and the workplace, either in-person or online. Workshops can be tailored based on group size, time available, and previous experience of the group in wellness practices.

Enjoy a one-on-one passive yoga session to boost circulation, flexibility, and relaxation through gentle stretching techniques.
