Welcome to Nafas Wellness — a space for slowing down, reconnecting, and caring for your whole self. My work is rooted in yoga, breath, and mindful movement, grounded in both tradition and lived experience. I offer yoga, assisted stretching, meditation, and small-group workshops designed to support real life. Most offerings are available for individuals, groups, and workplace settings either in-person or online. I am based in Carrboro, North Carolina and serve the Triangle and beyond.

My Wellness Philosophy

Nafas means “breath” in Persian and embodies the foundation of my philosophy and the spirit of my passion. Through decades of truth-seeking, I have found that the greatest truth lies within us — and within our health and wellness. From that place, we can begin to heal and move toward our most optimal selves.
